The Crystal Lagoons® development, Solé Mia in Miami, Fl., has continued to break records, as is the case with other ongoing projects the multi-national has in the United States. The success is in part due a massive 7-acre crystalline lagoon. Apartment units overlooking the huge bodies of water are proving particularly popular, and will offer residents beach lifestyle year-round. Additionally, the lagoons will be surrounded by extensive white sand beaches, luxury loungers, beach cabanas.
Since opening just two months ago, 82 out of 200 units have been leased. Leasing agents say they feel overwhelmed by the volume of clients the project has attracted in such a short period of time.
Once completed, Solé Mia will include a total of 4,000 residential units. The next two residential towers, including a 33-story condo with 300 units and another apartment building, are in planning phase.
In addition to providing views, the crystalline lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons technology, offers recreational activities, such as paddle-boarding, kayaking, pedal boats, water mats and inflatables.
Other projects that are currently being developed in Florida by the innovation multi-national are Epperson, Tampa; Lake Nona in Orlando; and Avenir which totals 5,000-acres in Palm Beach Gardens. Another emblematic project, the first Public Access Lagoon, known as PAL for short, Jungle Island, also in Miami, is situated in one of the U.S.’s main theme parks. It is currently under construction.
