With a 345% increase year over year, the Balmoral masterplan developed by Crystal Lagoons® and Land Tejas in Houston wins the title for most improved sales, exploding from a partial sales year in 2017, according to “Amenities and Broad-Based Demand Drove Top 50 Masterplans’ Sales”, conducted by John Burns Real Estate Consulting in the USA.
Senior Vice President for the consulting agency, David Jarvis notes that Balmoral was the state of Texas’ first Crystal Lagoons amenity, and was received with great excitement by buyers.
Balmoral will feature a 1.5 acre lagoon that is almost seven times the size of an Olympic-size swimming pool. The crystalline lagoon will be in the center of Balmoral’s “Amenity Village,” an 8-acre area that will also include a 7,500 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, volleyball court, splash pad, playground, walking path, food truck area and a resort style pool with infinity edge.
The residential development was inaugurated last August in the presence of the multinational’s global ambassador, Michael Phelps.
“From large investments, such as Crystal Lagoons project in Balmoral, to smaller investments, the developers that create a sense of community by incorporating multiple demographic groups, while also generating social media buzz, reap the largest benefits”, the study concludes.
