The Crystal Lagoons® development, Solé Mia in Miami, has continued to break sales records, something that also happens with other projects of the multinational in the United States. In just 7 weeks it has been in sales, 82 out of 200 available units have been sold. The complex is one of the most luxurious in the state of Florida and is located in the most exclusive area of Miami.
Known as Solé Mia, the complex developed by Crystal Lagoons together with LeFrak, is soon to bring two stunning 11-acre crystalline lagoons to this luxurious area. Furthermore, it has captivated a growing number of investors and created an increase in demand for sales representatives.
The demand has been such that entire buildings have been sold, they look directly at the lagoon, leaving larger units available that have a partial view of the transparent water lagoons.
Solé Mia is a partnership between Crystal Lagoons with LeFrak and Turnberry Associates, formed by two of the most important families in the United States. LeFrak, one of the most prestigious real estate firms in the US, has over 400 buildings, yet this remains a significant project for the firm: it is the first development in which they have invested in outside the New York area.
Other projects that are currently being developed in Florida by the innovation multinational are Epperson, Tampa; Lake Nona in Orlando; and Avenir which totals 5000-acres in Palm Beach Gardens. It also highlights the first Public Access Lagoon (PAL) project, Jungle Island, also in Miami, which is situated in one of the main theme parks in the United States. It is currently under construction.
